10-Year Limited Warranty

TRVLR offers a 10-year limited warranty on luggage products[Checked Large & Medium, Carry-On, The Trio, Checked Duo, The Duo], covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

  • 10-Years: Defects in materials (e.g., cracks, breaks) or workmanship (e.g., stitching, zippers).

  • 5-Years: Malfunction of built-in features (e.g., telescopic handle, wheels, zippers, handles).

  • 2-Years: Malfunction of add-ons (e.g., digital weighing scale, USB A and C ports).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., airline damage, overpacking, dents of all sizes).

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs).

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to Claim:

  1. Contact TRVLR Customer Support at [support@trvlrluggage.com] with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. It is best practice to email us from your email used in your purchase. If you do not have access to this, we may require to validate your ownership of the luggage, using a few secure purchase related questions.

  2. If the claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

  3. Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

 

 

2-Year Limited Warranty

TRVLR offers a 2-year limited warranty on the Voyager Duffel, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

  • 2-Years: Defects in materials (e.g., cracks, breaks) or workmanship (e.g., stitching, zippers). Creasing is not covered by warranty as it is an inherent property of vegan leather. Creases can be reduced by wiping the affected area with a damp cloth, however, this will not eliminate them completely. 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., airline damage, overpacking).

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs).

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Creases

How to Claim:

  1. Contact TRVLR Customer Support at support@trvlrluggage.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. It is best practice to email us from your email used in your purchase. If you do not have access to this, we may require to validate your ownership of the duffel, using a few secure purchase related questions.

  2. If the claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

12-Month Limited Warranty

TRVLR offers a 12-month limited warranty on the TRVLR™ Tracker, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

  • 12-months: Defects in workmanship (e.g., glass separating). Glass cracking is not covered by warranty as it is an inherent property of safety glass. This can be a avoided by using a luggage tag, or casing for the tracker at all times.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., airline damage, overpacking).

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs).

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Cracks

How to Claim:

Returns Policy

We want you to love your TRVLR purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the Travel Sleep Masks or Travel Pillow due to hygiene regulations according to OH&S regulations. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. 

How to Return:

  1. Contact TRVLR  Customer Support at support@trvlrluggage.com to initiate a return.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.'

* PLEASE NOTE: If there are any signs of product usage(dirt, wear and tear, marks, residue, etc), TRVLR will strictly reject your return. This will incur a shipping fee to return it to your address, and an additional 20% surcharge for non-compliance, unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, and receiving a confirmation of acceptance of your return.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or does not match its description.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Your TRVLR purchase comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including:

  • Consumer Guarantees: Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

  • Remedies: If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

If deciding to return your order which included any complimentary items obtained via promotion, prizes or giveaways, these must be returned with the entirety of your order. If these are not returned, then the value of these items will be deducted from your total refund.
