Excellent durability, taken my bag on multiple international trips and its as good as new. Scale is very accurate, and the front opening is very convenient. The bags also look so good!

I do love my TRVLR scale pro carry on. So much so, that I have bought a second one. It packs very easily and runs very smoothly. Even my husband complemented it when we went away for a couple of days travelling by train. I am really enjoying using these cases.

The memory foam was soft on my lashes, eventhough it was a complete blackout. Haven't used anything like this before, definitely better than those you get from the airline haha!
Love the handle on the bottom for lifting the suitcase into the car. The inbuilt weight scale is a great feature, but took a while to find the internal on/off switch. Easy to manoeuvre. I thought the overall size was a little small at first, but plenty of depth, and expandable. I will probably order another similar case, next size up, for our next O/S trip

I bought the set of three suitcases, large, Medium and hand luggage. The large bag had a faulty scale and on reporting the issue I was immediately responded to and issue was resolved very quickly so I can verify that customer supper was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure issue resolved to my satisfaction so that definitely exceeded all expectations. The bags are very good quality, beautifully presented and very functional. The best feature is the fact the bags open from the top so they fit on luggage rack and can easily access clothes, this is a HUGE improvement on other hard case bags that open from the middle. The inbuilt scales on all the bags is also a very handy feature. I have not yet travelled with the bags so how they survive trips will be the test.
Really is a game-changer. Scale is accurate and USB is very good for layovers. Wouldn't go back.
Luggage is for my grandson & he loves it. He will use it on our cruise to Philip Island.

I have the medium bag, and it is great. You can pack a lot of clothes in these bags, especially if you use packing cubes. They are sturdy, lightweight, and the weighing part works well, and the colours are great.
