How long will it take to deliver?
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order is placed, it will typically be dispatched next business day. Your order will then be delivered according to the below time-frames. For an ETA tailored to your specific location, simply add your items to cart and a timeframe will be provided at checkout.
Please Note: Due to the current high-level demands, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible once the order is placed. We strive to have a next working day dispatch policy for all orders, however, during all SALE periods, please allow an extra 2-7 business day dispatch timeframe. While we do our best to have your order delivered within the listed timeframes above, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting express shipping.
Please note that due to severe demand, we are currently facing small-scale delays. We strive to get your products delivered within the listed timeframes above, however, we recommend you allow an extra 1-2 days for unprecedented shipping delays.
PO-Box & Parcel Lockers
Please note we are unable to delivery to a PO.BOX(s) or Parcel Locker given the size of the package. In past experiences, Australia Post and other carriers reject deliveries to a Po.Box or Parcel Locker, hence we kindly request you input a residential or commercial delivery address instead.
